Brock Heidi Biggs Brock will be the new president of the $6 million-revenue Aluminum Association, effective Oct. 1, the group announced Sept. 6. Brock replaces Steve Larkin, who has led the group since 1998. Brock comes from Weyerhaeuser, where she most recently was vice president of federal and international affairs.
